The goods are forwarded on risk of the receiver. Insurance against surcharge possible. Transport damages are excluding and immediately at post office to lodge a complaint and to announce by damage minutes for remuneration course or carrier and/or at the company AMG. Complaints are considered in writing only within 5 days and (date of the postmark). They are not recognized, if it is determined that the lodged a complaint commodity treats inappropriately, mechanically were damaged, opened or converted. Mentioned period no more complaints are worked on upward. Returns go debited to the buyer.
· We do not transfer a warranty for damaged returns that is called, defective and lost articles to calculation are placed.
· For damage, in particular damages, which resulted from inappropriate treatment, we do not take over adhesion.
· Orders are as fast as possible settled. The buyer can withdraw after 3 months failure to deliver from the sales contract.
· Goods returns from necessary commodity are credited with at least 20% impact and/or in accordance with separate tariff list charges.
